📦 Processing Time

  • All orders are handmade to order and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

  • We dispatch orders Monday to Friday only (excluding bank holidays).

  • You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details once your order is on the way.

  • We currently only ship within the UK.

  • All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to deliver within 1 working day after dispatch.

  • Please note: While every effort is made to ensure your order arrives on time, delivery within 24 hours is not guaranteed, as Royal Mail delays can occasionally occur.

  • If you need a quicker turnaround, please email info@sugarbrush.co.uk before placing your order to see if we can accommodate your request.

⏰ Recommended Order Time

  • To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks before the date you need your topper.

  • This allows for processing, dispatch, and any unexpected postal delays (e.g. during busy periods or bank holidays).

📬 Delivery & Address Information

  • Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we can’t take responsibility for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.

📸 Damaged Items

  • In the unlikely event that your topper arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Send an email to info.sugarbrush.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage.

  • We’ll be happy to help resolve the issue quickly.
