All toppers should be stored in the card box it arrives in, insuring to remove protective packaging. Item should be stored at room temperature. Please do not put in the fridge, keep away from anywhere damp and moist.

There may be a slight variation in colour or size as these toppers are handmade to order in the UK.

Storage

To maintain the best quality, store your topper in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and damp conditions. We recommend keeping it in the original box it arrives in. Do not refrigerate, as this may compromise the integrity of the topper.
When stored correctly, toppers can last up to 6 months. Each order also includes an information leaflet with storage guidelines to help you get the best from your topper.

Toppers get very hard the longer they are left.
Shipping & processing time
  • All orders are handmade to order and dispatched within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • We dispatch orders Monday to Friday only (excluding bank holidays).

  • You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details once your order is on the way.

  • We currently only ship within the UK.

  • All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, at a flat rate of £4.99 per order, which aims to deliver within 1 working day after dispatch.

  • Please note: While every effort is made to ensure your order arrives on time, delivery within 24 hours is not guaranteed, as Royal Mail delays can occasionally occur.
